Pakenham - Narre Warren Sewerage Transfer Strategy, Stakeholder and Community Consultation Plan

Client: 'us' Utility Services Alliance, an Alliance comprising South East Water (SEW), Thiess Services, Siemens and MWH

The Pakenham - Narre Warren Sewerage Transfer Strategy Project provides capacity to service additional customers in the Cardinia Growth Corridor. It also supports the delivery of the EPA requirement to cease discharge of effluent to Deep Creek and Westernport Bay by 2011. The efficient delivery of the Pakenham - Narre Warren Sewerage Transfer Strategy relies on effective stakeholder and community consultation, to ensure key stakeholders are well informed and issues are identified and mitigated in a timely fashion.

Capire Consulting Group was engaged to prepare Stakeholder and Community Consultation Plan to underpin the delivery of the Pakenham - Narre Warren Sewerage Transfer Strategy. The plan provides a practical approach to consulting with the diverse local communities and includes a risk assessment, consultation tools and techniques and a community infrastructure audit.
