Kindergarten Infrastructure Strategic Plan

Client: Whitehorse City Council

Ageing kindergarten infrastructure in the City of Whitehorse, as well as recent changes to State and Federal policy, has created the need to develop of a 30-year plan to guide future provision and investment.

Capire Consulting Group, in partnership with Mantric Architecture, has been engaged to develop a strategic plan for the provision of kindergarten infrastructure for local communities within the municipality.

In developing the strategy Capire Consulting Group is:

  • Undertaking an analysis of future demand for kindergarten services and infrastructure in the municipality;
  • Auditing the condition and capacity of existing kindergarten infrastructure in the municipality;
  • Consulting with kindergarten services and communities to understand their future needs and aspirations; and
  • Developing potential models for the future provision of kindergarten infrastructure in local communities.
