Gunning Wind Farm Community Relations Plan

Client: PlanCom / ACCIONA Energy

Capire Consulting Group, in partnership with PlanCom Consulting, was engaged by ACCIONA Energy to develop a Community Relations Plan for the construction of the Gunning Wind Farm. 

The preparation of the plan involved extensive research and interviews with a range of government and community stakeholders to determine the most appropriate tools and techniques to engage the community. Capire undertook site visits, extensive stakeholder interviews and research and analysis to understand the project and the views of those living on neighbouring properties.

The Community Relations Plan included a Community Engagement Strategy along with a Communication Management Strategy. This plan was endorsed by ACCIONA Energy and is currently being implemented as part of construction of the Gunning Wind Farm.

Frankston Bypass Environmental Effects Statement

Client: Maunsell Australia / SEITA

SEITA was the body responsible for investigating the viability of a possible Bypass of Frankston in south eastern Melbourne.

Sunbury Electrification Project

Amy Hubbard

Amy Hubbard is a Director and co-founder of Capire Consulting Group. She has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, social planning and community development. Amy has worked with public and private sector organisations in Australia and overseas enabling her to develop a versatile approach to specific project objectives.

Sally Abbott

Sally has worked for international organisations, Australian non-profits and has conducted community engagement in Mexico, Laos and Australia. With a particular focus on community development and planning, Sally's studies have both complemented and propelled her career path. She brings a broad range of skills to her current role as social research and stakeholder engagement consultant.
