Brunswick Better Places Industrial Pilot

Capire Consulting Group has been engaged to develop a pilot method of consulting with industry and business within the Brunswick Industrial Precinct with the view to generate a new method of managing places.

Capire will design and execute a series of engagement activities with local business leaders over a six month period to support the development of a new industry / Council / Government partnership to improve the viability, business condition, amenity and marketing of the Brunswick Industrial Precinct, Melbourne. 

Capire will support Moreland City Council's Place Manager and Economic Development Unit to generate a pilot approach to apply to existing employment areas under pressure to rezone land.
