Eleanor Howe

Eleanor's works in our stakeholder and community engagement area at Capire Consulting Group.  Her professional experience has involved both state and local government sectors having worked closely with stakeholders and communities from both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

She brings a range of skills including sound research, conceptual and analytical skills as well as solid communication and listening skills developed through her studies and work experience. 

Eleanor's interest lies with the present issues facing rural and regional Victorians particularly equalisation of educational opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.  She is currently researching for her Honours Thesis examining non-metropolitan participation in tertiary education.
