Directors, Chris Robinson, Amy Hubbard and Agata Chmielewski bring together over 35 years of professional experience in strategic planning, urban design, stakeholder engagement, community development and corporate sustainability. Their experience has spanned Australia and international arenas including Europe and UK, USA, Asia and the Pacific.

Chris, Amy and Agata are supported by a talented team of consultants with skills spanning social planning and research, communication and engagement.

Directors

Chris Robinson

Chris is the Managing Director and co-founder of Capire Consulting Group. He has over 15 years technical and strategic management experience in developing business and development strategies that creatively re-position businesses and projects to incorporate cultural, social, economic, governance and environmental aspects for maximum performance.

Amy Hubbard

Amy Hubbard is a Director and co-founder of Capire Consulting Group. She has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, social planning and community development. Amy has worked with public and private sector organisations in Australia and overseas enabling her to develop a versatile approach to specific project objectives.

Agata Chmielewski

Agata is an Associate Director at Capire Consulting Group. Agata has an extensive background is in social planning and policy development. She has undertaken social impact assessments, community infrastructure needs assessments and feasibility studies which have informed a number of urban revitalisation, civic amenity and structure planning projects and growth strategies.

Steven Weir

Steven has specialist skills in communications, engagement, media and marketing in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and South East Asia. His experience spans corporate rebranding projects, the implementation of extensive internal communication initiatives, preparation and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies, media planning and issues management.

Sally Abbott

Sally has worked for international organisations, Australian non-profits and has conducted community engagement in Mexico, Laos and Australia. With a particular focus on community development and planning, Sally's studies have both complemented and propelled her career path. She brings a broad range of skills to her current role as social research and stakeholder engagement consultant.

Mollie Keating

Mollie's professional experience has involved planning for and working with CALD groups, people with disabilities and in particular with our ageing population.

Michael Baranovic

Michael is a skilled social planning and community engagement practitioner with proven consulting experience in the infrastructure, resource and defence sectors.

Michael has implemented standalone and integrated social impact assessments, social research and community engagement processes for clients in the private and government sectors.

Eleanor Howe

Eleanor's works in our stakeholder and community engagement area at Capire Consulting Group. Her professional experience has involved both state and local government sectors having worked closely with stakeholders and communities from both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Anna Cairo

Anna is the Office Manager of Capire Consulting Group. Her professional experience incorporates both public and private sector organisations bringing a range of PA, administrative and organisational skills. Additionally, with a background in media and communications she has extensive knowledge and experience in online communications and social media platforms.
